Z-Cult FM has four trackers, although none of them will be back up until Feb 8th. They're all devoted to comics. All of the manga is fairly mainstream, but there's a huge selection of Marvel, DC, and independent comics there, dating back as far as you'd want.

Really though, the big comic scene is on IRC and DC++. That's where I accumulated three quarters of my 90 gig collection.
