| This guy hates me the way Tom Chick hates America's soldiers when America's soldiers don't agree with everything he says. But said guy also showed up in my community (despite hating me before he ever got there.) And then shit happened and THEN we had a long midnight chat about it. Here's an excerpt.

The mod in question actually does exist and actually was passed out in my living room at the time. She runs an RP with several thousand characters in it. She's also kind of my special lady friend. NDD: You've got a lot of brilliant energy that would be so good in threads and in the community as a whole. That Dude From The Article: Who is this mod who has issues with me? Fuck, Dude, it's my special lady friend. NDD: Fuck you, first off I wouldn't tell you, and second off who said "issues" - we're talking about a reporting of history. That Dude From The Article: No I mean what community does this person run that they feel qualified to complain to you about me? NDD: Do you honestly think that I ought to tell you anything my source? What is the OPTIMAL outcome from such a conversation? NDD: Best case scenario - what do I get out of telling you that. This was a rhetorical question with an answer, part of which involved less of her sleeping in any part of my house. But I couldn't tell him that. Just stay away from my special lady friend, man! That Dude From The Article: That you tell me and then I finally get told to my face who has these problems with me? That Dude From The Article: And actually talk about it? NDD: ...Right so what does this do for me. NDD: Seeing as how you were just sucking your paws about IMing me in the first place. That Dude From The Article: Well you were the one who decided to tell me they were even there. NDD: Is there some sort of - ambient guilt that you'd like me to feel? That Dude From The Article: .... No? NDD: Some sort of situational fairness that I'm supposed to make happen? NDD: Then shut up about my source and deal with the issue at hand. NDD: You are an interesting person. Why isn't that good enough for you? That Dude From The Article: So is this source like someone who makes it their business to stalk me and know everything about me? Ahahahahaha Dude is afraid of being stalked. The way deeply closeted fags are afraid of Halloween in WeHo. NDD: Seriously, I am IRL shaking my head here. NDD: You cannot assume that people have an obligation to be fair to you. NDD: Nobody gets that. Nobody in the world! That Dude From The Article: Does whatever I did in an RP make it okay for people to post my phone number and address and high school on my ED page? NDD: Red herring. NDD: I did none of those things, nor do I know anyone who did. NDD: I don't have to answer for them, and they have nothing to do with the situation at hand. That Dude From The Article: Your source probably does?? NDD: And THAT is paranoia pure and simple. NDD: You're making it hard to stay with you here. That Dude From The Article: I would love to assume that people have an obligation to be fair to me! That Dude From The Article: But they don't. That Dude From The Article: You have some sort of intense psychological optimism that I cannot understand. You are simultaneously triggering my insecurities and telling me this is a good thing, and trying to be my friend after just doing the only thing I didn't want you to. I triggered him. I'm a triggerer. Then I stole all his friends and left him crying by the roadside. No, but seriously. It actually happened. Why don't the Creexes have an ED page? |
