I don't know how they do things where you come from, Mysterio, but here in the Western world it's not uncommon for women to have multiple sexual partners before marriage. The only way to be sure your girlfriend isn't sleeping with other guys is to enter into a committed, long-term relationship with her, and even that's not 100%.
