Or were. There was a temporary run or something that allowed it and then they didn't and I don't know if it reverted back. I think Nvidia cards have the ability to manually adjust the refresh rate regardless of monitor? I'm not sure. My ATI card doesn't unless I'm too dumb to find it, and Windows only shows 60Hz whether I tell it to hide unsupported refresh rates or not. I forgot about old CRTs being able to get rid of buzzes and squeals by cranking up the refresh rate. Man, didn't they suck?
I forgot to mention these Crossover mdp ones were also rated for 1.07 billion colors. I tried to verify, but I keep losing count after 3 million. Take their word for it, I guess. |
