Door Kickers' biggest problem is having a couple of useless classes - I can hardly find any use for the breacher and shield class currently. Point Men for close combat and Assaulters for mid/range works, and Stealth troops are critical for keeping quiet or shooting armored hostiles in the back. But shields are modeled in kind of an opaque way, with the breacher, while useful for cracking open locked doors, doesn't really need to be used until far into the mission stack. This is a Kickstarter/Early access job, so further balance and value will be layered in as they go, per that model of game development. If this winds up being X-Com with a SWAT-team, It'll be a classic - the tactical stuff is already pretty much there.
