One hour in. by Fullofkittens 10/25/2014, 7:49pm PDT It feels like a cross between Frozen Synapse/XCOM:EU and Dragon Age/KOTOR: My guys are in extreme danger at all times and the only way I can save them is by carefully managing sightlines and seeing into the future (which I enjoy), and I can micro- nano-manage my team by pausing the action with the spacebar every .25 seconds and changing their orders. I like the influences a lot, I like what I'm seeing so far. One shitty area that's bugging me: they need to sort out their shit re: changing between musical cues. They abruptly stop for no reason ALL THE TIME. SUPER DRAMATIC MU-*silence* (background noise for 3 seconds) *sneaky entry of next cue*. It's not a gamebreaking problem, but it does make it seem unpolished.
