There's gotta be some guy out there cutting cyberpunk music like this out of his bedroom, let you use some of it just because some people would actually hear it. Could always ask that band or just use them to find similar artists, ask around nice? Anyway, if you get sick of that Deus Ex soundtrack, Abducted by Sharks reminds me of that.
