You're never going to like working with people who churn out shitty code, and since you're not a manager, you can't fire anyone. Just leave before you're obliged to give it an awkward spot on your resume.
If you can't do that, then smile and get used to some shitty code. Remember your fellow cow-orkers get to performance-review YOU, too. This is one of those situations where it's better to be well-liked than honest. This shit isn't running the space shuttle anyway. |
