First off the main character is a fucking tool. They try to set up the German guy as egotistical for when I'm guessing he turns evil later on (gee I wonder if he comes back to life given all the preview pictures of him in environments I haven't visited yet), but all the characters are absolutely in the right telling him to fuck off.

The (fucking) puzzles. First off, the artists did a lousy job highlighting interactive items. I missed 4 vital items and hotspots in just the first half hour because they just blend into the background. It's oldschool pixel hunting at its height.

The first "real" (fucking) puzzle is a claw game where you have to input a preprogrammed series of colors with each color corresponding to a direction, which you figure out god knows how since the claw doesn't seem to follow the directions even when you know which direction each color is. Once the claw grabs the lens, you figure the next puzzle is finding how to retrieve the lens from the claw. Nope! You have to put in another color sequence so the claw can drop the lens in a certain spot, despite that not being how claw games work. Oh, that spot is also complete guesswork because there are no hotspots or hints to tell you that you need to put it on the left most energy arc.

From there I took an alien tram shaped like a ball ("Now I know how my hamster felt!" -Protagonist) to a lake where I got stuck. There's a control panel with one button to push which causes a light to go on for a second then go out. I figured I had to adjust the nearby mirror just right before it would do anything, but none of the positions worked. The solution? You have to hold down the button until an energy bridge pops up. Of (fucking) course!

And that is the point I quit.
