Your article has some real problems. First of all, you said that going to medical school was one of the worst experiences of your life, and then you told us that your fiancee walked out on you right before the wedding. Maybe, just maybe you need to turn your attention inward and figure out where all the anger comes from! I'm sure Patch Adams isn't perfect and probably isn't always thinking about his patients, but he has brought a lot of comfort and joy to other people's lives, and is at least trying. What are you doing? You sound like a spoiled brat who probably always did well in school and never had to deal with many of life's problems, and probably expected everything to just fall into your lap. Well, it obviously didn't work out that way, and I think it's your fault that it didn't, not Patch Adams. I am not perfect either, but I don't fill up several screens on the internet making someone else look bad because I can't get my own life together. Think about it! |
