When a video is pulled for a DMCA violation, that's exactly what happens. It is pulled. It is not replaced with a warning video, it is replaced with a flat notice that it was removed for a copyright violation. And they don't leave the fucking studio logo on the opening! Here's one of the best of these fake videos. It's 20 seconds of studio logo, a woman claiming the video you are watching was pulled, but you can go to the link below it, then (I presume, I'd never bother to watch) an hour and 45 minutes of a static image usually telling you to click below. |
