People are buying affordable homes at over triple the rate of the early 80s, more college grads are debt free than ever, rent is perfectly reasonable compared to decades ago, medical costs are under control, and good paying jobs with benefits and security are so plentiful that we're back to one working family member easily supporting an entire family!
