Your appeal for Sanders is that he's so vital to Congress. If that's the case, then he should just stay there, right?
For what it's worth: I do think someone like him is important for opposition. However, I'm not convinced that he should be the Executive whatsoever.
It's understood that policy talk at this point is posturing and rhetoric, yet it at least gives some insight into the candidates.
Bernie: Giant subsidies through increased taxation, and equality of outcomes. Emotionally this sounds great to many especially the student activist set in the form of 'free' higher education, debt forgiveness, higher min wage
Hillary: Running off the PNAC playbook. Destabilize choice(s) of the highest bidders, arm the boogeyman on the side, or inadvertently create a new one...
Trump: Nationalism. Ensuring continued fulltime effort for virtue signalers to spit in the face of what they believe will be an era of pogroms |
