I care so much because how you show up and the first thing out of your mouth when you do show up tell me about what you’re going to do when I’m not interviewing you Mac Lackey is an entrepreneur who has built and sold four companies
When I see a CV about selling off that tells me the first thing he does while everyone else is working: damning the team that got him there, the future, and the creative investment... because he only cares about flipping for the financial one in the short term. Selling is giving up, and that's indicative of his overall level of involvement. Rockets blast once the 'right' group jumps into bed with him (or alternatively things don't his way).
"Be cutthroat, put your proles in the meatgrinder, it worked for me!". Sometimes you go to war with the company you've got, not the one you want. They'll remember what you did.
Are you graciously explaining what you’ve learned about mornings and productivity? "Get up early, Give 110%, Productivity!" very basic bitch entrepreneurial koans. Thankfully, not everybody needs to work NYSE hours to be successful. |
