Not only was one of the cops apparently a hardcore white nationalist but both the cops and media were complicit in lying about how they ended Dorner. So I think it's a fair question to ask if these police upon seeing some of their fellow cops killed went out of their way to kill this guy in a particularly creative and cruel way. It's not my fault that they went with something that looked more like something the cartel would do than actual police work. If he had said he was wearing a suicide vest or something like that then yeah this is probably an acceptable way to deal with that, but I don't see why they couldn't sweep for the bomb and and just go in there and shoot him. The thing is we are really close to one radio chatter of "kill that nigger" from being leaked to this guy being turned into some black martyr. I'm not even denying that there is some hypothetical justification for using the kill bot, but I really just don't like the idea of police using explosives to kill people. The proliferation of military equipment into their arsenal and massive spending is already bad enough without them actually using shit like C4 to kill people. Heck I remember when some loony shot the two state troopers here they were literally tearing the woods apart with tanks to find him, it cost 11 million. There was also a huge manhunt because a guy who was sleeping in the front of his car and ran from cops, he ends up apprehended by a couple of kids with sticks I hope the the counter argument of "HEY DON'T YOU SUPPORT THE POLICE? THANK OUR PROTECTORS!" doesn't drown out any critical review of the ROE regarding exploding murder bots.
