The designer put a bunch of hackable computers in a room with agents doing their job. They decided to use actual lines like the one above as repeating audio. It completely breaks mimesis. Someone should have said, hey, the player will be here a while, go ahead and play that once but that's it. It's also too insipid a line to hear once, much less every 30 seconds. Hacking is still terrible. ICJ
