| Trouble Witches is a horizontal scrolling shooter that has a shop mid-mission ala. Forgotten Worlds, but it only sells consumable powerups, not permanent upgrades. The hook for that game is using your familiar's shield to capture enemy bullets, then kill the enemy to turn their bullets into extra coins to spend in the shop. Enemies killed using purchased powerups drop extra points.
Main potential turnoff: Super duper girly anime fantasy setting. |
