| The Witcher 3 mini game anyway.
Worst rpg card mini game since Triple Triad and Tetra Master. It's like playing 2 person poker with the other player drawing from a deck of nothing but face cards. The strategy is you keep reloading until you get a good draw. I quit bothering with it at the Novigrad tournament. Up until that point I had been going through the side quest winning every unique card from all the players. That still wasn't enough against the bullshit decks the tournament players get. I mean, what more are you supposed to do? I had won every unique card and I never saw any merchant sell one stronger than a 5. Still, it had a happy end. A loser at the tournament kills the guard and steals the prize money. You chase him down, kill his goons, and steal the money back, even if you lost the tournament. The moral of the story is punch collectable card player faces. |
