| Never mind that Trevor Noah is a marginal talent who leans on his one interesting story and the host job should have gone to Samantha Bee, he seriously said "Fuck you" to people who criticize Obama for the $400,000 Wall Street speech in the same breath as criticizing Trump's pay-to-play?
Once upon a time The Daily Show had bits that exposed the channels of legalized bribery in our system, now it's justifying them?! So Obama fails to break up the "too big to fail" banks, fails to fire their top executives like he did with the auto bailout, and allows them to still pocket huge bonuses after nearly causing a worldwide depression and putting all the hurt on the taxpayers and foreclosed homeowners, and NOW it looks like he's collecting payment for services rendered. But if you point that out you're racist? Just revolting. |
