Other than a couple quaint "oh look, the Build engine is trying to do a thing" moments, it's aged badly and everything it does was done way better by Undying. Hell, at least Undying waited until the very end to ditch the effective haunted mansion setting and turn it into pirates of the Caribbean and Turok.
