| I didn't really mind the game itself but the boss fights just went from bad to worse and I think the mine boss was where I just finally got tired of it. I just would speed through the whole thing just to fuck up at that boss again. It didn't help that the optional boss the game gave me is essentially unbeatable without cheese or saintly patience.
If you got satisfaction out of the challenge that's great, but I don't think it's any more meaningful than creating Mario's sprite in an excel spreadsheet. These types of games are becoming memes or something, they just feel identical. Maybe someone who appreciates them can understand the fine differences between Guitar Hero 5 and Rockband Aerosmith but I just don't give a fuck anymore. |
