National Public Radio reports a man has been arrested for filing a false change of address request. Other sources claim the victim was United Parcel Service.
Apparently the guy filed the one-page form for change of address to have all of UPS' headquarters mail delivered to his apartment, including checks payable to the company.
The mail continued to be forwarded for several months.
