That's going to make wars and police actions a lot more interesting. Yes, wouldn't it?
Seriously, I mean, you got some sort of psychological problem that you want to kill people in a spree attack yet you're too much of a pussy to ask for help, then do us all a favor and kill yourself afterwards. It's just simple politeness, since you aren't going to clean up the dead bodies, bloodstains, and shell casings afterward, you could at least off yourself so it can just be inexpensively buried as opposed to requiring an expensive (6 figures for a non-capital case, 7 to 9 figures for a death-penalty ) trial. I'm not kidding about expensive. It costs about $307 million per person executed in California, $2.3 milion per person executed in Texas, 3 times what it would cost to incarserate them for 40 years.
Actually, the comparisons aren't the same. Spree killing is murder without a license. Wars and police actions are murder with a license. And in the case of a war the victims probably have weapons themselves and it's a fair fight.
