Seriously, why? This was the biggest event I've seen in years. For days before the final game, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority - not known foir any levels of excitement - changed bus destination signs to add "GO CAPS" to them. This is probably the first time since 9/11 that all three network stations cancelled all scheduled programming to provide live uninterrupted coverage of the same local event. |
