And he's fucking right, it's a huge service to consumers. You'd have to be a fucking moron to imply otherwise. We had a system in this country that needed people driving drunk in order to catch them, give shit-loads of people things to do and brought money in. At the same time this was going on, a generation of Americans was being raised to REEEEE about how driving after having drank was the single greatest crime in the history of civilization. (Not saying it's not, just that the people who passionately believed it were/are so terrible you can't take their side.)
Of course, since it's Twitter, there is no shortage of stupid fucking retards who think incorrectly.
