I follow one RPG artist guy and a couple thots and all three of them are going crazy because Patreon warned them ahead of time that payments will be fucked. I still got charged, mind you. People say that there is nothing that Patreon adds and I believe that. I truly believe that. It's not crazy to think that a team of five or six people could do what Patreon does and do it well. Why is there not a one-time tip button? Why do they still have the awkwardness of signing up a few days before the end of the month and getting effectively charged twice? Why are they de-platforming people? The only thing they have is market share in my opinion. |
