Hahah! I had a student who went with the literal English translation of his name: 'Brightstar'! And he was taking that name to Australia! He was nice but mopey and his gay as fuck name made him tricky to cheer up.
"There there... Brightstar. Be strong..."
Or even worse...
"Brightstar... BRIGHTSTAR!! Do you know if anyone in your room is using J's mayonnaise?
