The assessed value of a house for property taxes is not the same thing as the market value, and the assessed value is typically a lot lower than the market value. I don't know who this assessor was, if it was a dude from the county assessor's office then we're talking about the assessed value. In that case the house has lost value but not as much as you think. (At least in my neighborhood, assessed value is about half of market value).

Does Rochelle even have any lines? Honest to god, I can't think of a single thing she ever said. I'm pretty sure conversations are triggered for the first person that wanders into the invisible conversation box, which is nice for hearing your own lines, but if you asked me to describe the 4 characters I'd say gambler, yokel, coach, and bot. You might say I could have just played Rochelle, but you could also shut up because Nick is better.

Aside from that, I liked this better in pretty much every respect over L4D1, especially the addition of melee weapons. Except for the recent patch that disabled vocalize commands. Cunts. I also like how realism mode heightens the tension of not only the main game, but the mini-game where you race the bots to pills and medkits. If the bot gets there first, do I let it heal since it can provide useful backup, or do I execute it and steal the healh for myself (yes)?
