Base                    : new level from scratch
New Sounds              : No
New Graphics            : couple of textures
Editor used             : QE4 Radiant (various beta builds) 
			  http://www.planetquake.com/qeradiant/
Known bugs              : might crash in singleplayer mode because
			  of probably bug in turret code
			  unfortunately there is a HOM bug in the
			  blue base; I've rebuild the whole area
			  but w/o any success of removing it
Build time              : 3 days
Compile machine         : P200MMX, 128MB
QBSP3 			: 71 secs
QVIS3 -level 4		: 1853 secs
QRAD3 -bounce 40 -extra	: 3891 secs

build 121		: changed small glass domes
			  changed watertunnel corners
			  both turrets fire rockets
			  it's easier to get off the turrets now
			  added second possible way to get out of the water
			  added ambient sounds and new jailmusic
			  lots of texture fixes
