Horrible points by themselves, but made all the more terrible by the fact that 4 million people caught the Jays when they were beating the living fuck out of everyone in 92 and 93. So there needs to be a cap. Sports are made-up to begin with so I`ve never understood arguments for unrestrained capitalism to be exhibited within them. But while I agree with the NHL owners on that, I more or less object to everything they`ve done, the way they`ve handled themselves, their condescending little shitbag mouthpiece in Bettman and any claim that they gave a shit about the sport and wanted a cap because of any reason other than it personally increased how much profit their teams made them.
