Then he does a forced stealth mission. Then he gets to sit and listen while some scientist lectures him about very important LORE. Then, finally, the real game starts - except, ha-ha, not really, because there's only one level and at the end of it he doesn't EVEN get a new weapon, just some fucking hit points or whatever. Then there's that BioWare thing where Mega Man gets a choice of three levels, but it doesn't matter which order he does them in because nothing changes and none of the power-ups he gets actually matter (I think you missed a trick by not mentioning an explicit level-scaling mechanic here, BTW). Then at the end you get back to what really matters, the narrative, only to reveal that Mega Man was Gordon Freeman the whole time, and the G-Man was actually a good guy grooming him to fight some cosmic threat by unlocking the incredible Dragon Ball power within. And the best part is, the whole thing is a prequel, where presumably Mega Man gets to meet Proto Man as a baby and whether the player morally chooses to hug or kick him carries over into Mega Man 1 on the NES. You basically present a blueprint to this guy for the WORST MEGA MAN GAME IN THE WORLD, and all he can complain about is features? Fucking BACK-OF-THE-BOX BULLET POINTS? I can't believe how hard he has trolled me. That guy must be some kind of genius.[/quote]
