Who isn't going to say "fuck that" to any purcharge charge they get?[/quote] After the week past due date, the item is charged to your account, but you have a month after that to return the item, get a refund on your credit, and be charged only a small "restocking fee" which is supposed to be something like 15% of the item's value. Which essentially means you have a month and a week to keep an item, and only be charged an additonal flat fee. I guess that's keen and all, but now items will be more overdue than ever, and I don't see how this plan is attractive enough to Blockbuster (i.e. gain new customers to make a profit). I'll just stick with we-have-everything local el cheapo videostore, thanks very much.[/quote]
