We're just saying that you're not going to change her, long term. and I am sure you could get ten anecdotes about tomboys who manage this perfectly but we only have about 40 years to get you situated so some of this advice is going to take short-cuts. (I'd say the same about a guy with loads of single female friends: don't get too smitten. I'm not sexist.) Lots of married male friends? Great!
