Also, drink if Scully smiles, if mulder or Scully actually touch for any reason, if the phone conversation is as above or ends in "come here", if Skinner is ever seen outside FBI headquarters, if Scully makes a joke (this is hard, she uses sarcasm A LOT), or if anyone refers to or calls Mulder "Fox". There's also a drink rule if they bring out the gigantic super flashlights, but sadly they stop doing that altogether after the second season.
