"Being able to control your guys in groups of twelve set the skill cap higher!" Yeah but it was painful and arbitrary. If GOOD decisions were removed in XCOM I would say they are generally due to: 1. I got a guy. 2. He should move to cover. 3. There is a pretty obvious place for him to move to cover this turn. 4. So I will do that. There does seem to be a lot of that. [/quote]
