First alien move brings me 3 mutons, a berzerker, and 2 sectoids. I focus fire on the berzerker and kill him, and manage not to take a hits from any of the mutons or the sectoids on their turn. Then I open up with my rockets, blow away the sectoids with one Heavy and they other does some damage to all three mutons, two of whom I pick off with my remaining troops. So far so good! Feeling like this might be doable! Then I get another group of 3 mutons and another berzerker. Which would be fine, except one of the mutons gliches out and spawns right next to one of my heavy's, blows him away at point blank range, and is now flanking my entire squad. This causes two of my rookies to panic, one of whom blows away my sniper. Mission failed, and game over since my roster is now exclusively rookies and squaddie snipers.
