Repairing is so goddamn expensive that the scrap you get from a scrap gem match will never equal the cost of repairing the extra damage you take from not making a useful match. - I didn't see much point in the targeted fire for the same reason repair gems are useless: by the time you've destroyed a system, the enemy is almost dead anyway and he can just repair the system in a single turn anyway. - The RNG for blueprint loot is insane. It's not like FTL where everything was theoretically balanced by cost and energy requirements. The rare blueprints are flat out MUCH better version of the common version. It almost seems like if you haven't gotten a decent rare by day 4, don't bother and just restart. - A TWELVE MATCH REPAIR GEM LINE AND NOT A SINGLE AMMO OR ENERGY MATCH FOR THE THIRD TURN IN A ROW ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? - The "fuck you" spread of the missions is also insane. You have to avoid "survive x turns" missions like the fucking plague since they cripple you with repair costs. The "match X crates" missions are mana from heaven gimmes that you always want since you can zip right through them with minimal damage. The genre badly needs an entry free from a psycho RNG. Maybe I'll try Convoy? [/quote]
