I'd be surprised if they weren't amicable to something like that.[/quote] Not to defend them or anything but there's too much liability for any legitimate company to release data to anyone other than the account holder, especially once all of the red flags of crazy person screaming and threatening are thrown into the mix. And any potentially bribe-able employee of a legitimate company would have to know that the release of this data would eventually get back to the account holder so, unless he's planning on quiting and moving out of the country, I don't see him taking the personal risk either. I don't know all of the details on who was the official account holder but, even when there's a conflict between joint account holders, the tendency is to err on the side of caution. If the data still existed in some form, it would take a court order to get it back. -- Rb[/quote]
