Re: Well, that's what I meant.

But I do agree that Bush is a moron who is getting bad advice as well. The tax cuts were a terrible idea. I can't wait to vote him out of office.
And this is what I was talking about since it was more than half of INC's post.
Since there is no middle ground between Bush and the fruitcake-of-the-month club over at the Dems, I suppose I will vote for Bush again. But only because no credible right wing or libertarian candidate has arisen to stir up some shit around Bush's big government spending, illiberal-in-the-classical-sense administration. Hell, I actually like Dean the more I see of him, but there is no way that some of his crucial issues will pass my litmus tests. Pity, because it really needs to be made clear that if a candidate runs on a conservative, grassroots platform he had better at least give it a shot before he becomes just another Democrat in Republican clothing; I was hoping for at least *some* fiscal moderation to go hand in hand with the tax cuts; it seems ridiculous to cut taxes before boosting spending (mind you, that is the only situation I can think of where cutting taxes is wrong, and I am sure you all know which part of the equation I would rather see go first).
I hate Bush, and I genuinely prefer the devil I don't know in this case. In otherwords, Anyone Who's Not Bush '04! Go Non Bush! Sounds like you're none too happy with Bush yourself. Here's hoping a viable candidate turns up/morphs into being.
