KOTOR, PC
31 hours and 7 minutes is how long it took me to beat this thing. Yeah, there's little exploration. Yeah there's a weirdo level 20 cap which I reached 2 hours before I saw the last boss. (An entire planet before). The things you've heard are true. This things is just fucking great. The battle system functions as such: as soon as enemies are on screen, the game pauses and allows you to select the sequence of actions for each of your characters. These can be modified at any time, canceled, whatever the fuck you want. Works great, never gets tiring. Your party is any 0 up to 2 characters from a list of 9. No secret ones, but you don't actually get all if you just play. You can kill one of the better ones if you go dark side and do other types of things. The strongest party is always composed of jedi, obviously, which makes the rest of the six characters sort of useless, except the droid which I used to open doors and hack things. Mini games are cool, involving time based racing and a card game with nothing but numbers. The extra stuff in the PC version is essentially a shop with the best items in the game and a couple of tiny battles. Useful, and doesn't unbalance the game considering the insane prices of items there, but all can be gotten. Graphics are pretty good, loading times are non-existant, and voice acting is pleasant as far as I can tell. Some of the alien languages obviously are composed of no more than 60 words, but it's not really detramental to gameplay. One of the best RPGs I've ever played for the PC (Note, preceding statement is heavily tinged by giddy Star Wars Fanboyism). Pardon the mistakes, it's 4:25 am and my eyes are fuzzy. the mrs.
