The combo goes up by a factor of 1 every time you get a couple kills with a new weapon, so I've found it best to get the first X1 with the pistols, then hit space and switch up every time the combo count goes up one until I'm killing the maximum number of aliens with the heavy laser at X7. Switch em up and increase the combo as fast as possible and ensure you have plenty of ass kicking ammo once it gets up there. 8.5 million from arena mode. Stuck at 2.5 for survival.[/quote]
