How to prepare and serve grilled Ahi Tuna.

I have gotten a CPU temp error message, which seemed a little suspicious coming immediately after startup. I have some follow-up questions. 1) The heat sink fan has, since day one, been my primary source of headaches. It has always been a little loose because I'm kind of reluctant to bend the motherboard in the process of shoving the pins into it. I am assuming that boards are manufactured with this in mind, but how far should I trust Asus in this case?
Here are the installation videos for Intel and socket AMD heatsinks. As long as you're installing it correctly, the board won't crack.
2) The thermal paste on the sink and the back of the cpu is pretty dry. Should it be reapplied periodically?
I only clear the gack off the CPU and Heatsink when I have a reason to. You have a good reason to. To clean the CPU you can use a Q-tip with a bit of high-grade (no oils or perfumes, which is most nail polish removers) isopropyl alcohol. I use Artic Silver's compound remover but, unless you build a lot of computers, that might be overkill. There is enough solvent and purifier in those bottles for 10 years.

If so, who makes good thermal paste?
The current arguments are that they are all the same except for Acrtic Silver 5. Arctic Silver 5 is expensive and one tube will last you the rest of your life. If you are unwilling to make such a commitment, Antec, Zalman and various others will be fine. Remember when applying that less is more. You want more of a glorified haze than you want toothpaste strata of compound.
