Peter Molyneux's The Movies

Here I thought they were just giving Joker an oscar for his triumphant overdose.
It is much better than Batman Begins, probably the second best batman movie to date, after the sixties one. My two big complaints, and these really apply to action and superhero movies of the past 10 years in general, are the "trapped in a paint mixer" action scene editing and the sissy skinny effeminate actors they've got knocking people out cold with one backhand. You know, when Christopher Reeves first auditioned for the role of Superman he was really skinny. So they set him to work for 6 months training with the guy who played Darth Vader until he walked away built like Mr. Universe. Nowadays all an actor has to do to get acclaim for "Physical Transformation" is just get really fat. I mean true, this guy's slightly more believable in a fight than Milla Jovovich, but can't they find an actor to play a guy who "beats the scum of the streets to a pulp with his bare hands" who isn't one wig away from being able to play a convincing girl? The fight scene in the club was also unintentional self-parody. Here is a scene of Batman literally fighting in front of a strobe light and it doesn't look any different than any of the other fight scenes. But great movie overall. I recommend it.
