Re: Also, this Fallout 3 thing isn't all it's cracked up to be (NO BISHIES?)

I even have friends that loved the first two, so what could go wrong?
Apparently Bethsesdtsdfda made a huge mistake not making Fallout 3 into a retro shooter with spike pits. Or just not making it into an old game that is 10 to 15 years old. I remember when Toastyfrog had good stuff like the thumbnail theaters and the Xenogears review.
I have seen the screenshot that the guy used elsewhere, the one with the PC and Dogmeat. How anyone can not make their own screenshots for a Fallout 3 review is amazing. No shit the guy wasn't getting into it. If you're not exploding people like blood sausages and spamming the "PrintScreen" key then you don't know how to have fun. Not just in Fallout 3, but in life. (Then again, if he went into the game looking forward to talking to people, I understand how he could be a little disappointed. The conversations are truly terrible. I look forward to speaking to the ghouls, because they at least have a little personality.) Additionally, while I would love to see a game that let you dynamically set off a nuclear weapon, in ANY single city, instead of just a scripted one, nuking Megaton was still fun and cool, with lots of options every step of the way. He didn't really explain his arguments other than "no fun :(" though. ICJ
It's because he's one of those guys who prefers JRPGs.
