The one thing about Max Payne 2 I didn't like was the sawed off had the force of a sweet spring breeze when it came to blasting cardboard boxes and people. Mods surprisingly didn't really bother to fix that, although they usually added insane new attacks and weapons that would send enemies flying right through the map architecture or half embedding them in the walls, which made up for it.
