'Once Were Warriors' is a movie about Maoris beating and raping each other, and despite its R16 rating, it was considered culturally important enough to show my class when I was 12 years old. I got an erection watching a rape scene which was a hard thing for me to understand at that age. It has the best woman bashing because it was made by people who actually bashed women, not well meaning dickheads. I've posted this scene here before, but here it is again!
