It's near impossible to have a popular online forum with mature, civil conversations. Doing so pretty much requires extensive moderation.
Uh, no. Qt3 is one of the least moderated forums I've ever been on.
In fact, the amount of slack you provide on qt3 given your background is fairly admirable.
