oh yeah by laudablepuss 05/30/2009, 11:23pm PDT Homeworld gets: 2 factories unless there's a tile with a bonus, in which case it gets one, 1 morale center, 1 research center, the rest are banks. It also gets all the mineral resources from the asteroids. Later it gets the economic capital. The class 4 planet in my system gets: 2 factories and a space station, and cranks out those surveyors and constructors for taking resources.
