In the UK show (at least the early seasons) he has the owner fix things with just the resources the owner has on hand. In this show he brought in professional designers to redo the interior of the restaurant and brought in Manhattan's biggest mexican chef to run the kitchen. They have one good night with her running the kitchen and that's the end. No "one month later" epilogue where the fat fuck goes back to his old ways and kills someone through food poisoning. |

This pretty much applies to anything originated in the UK and redone in the US by Choson 06/17/2009, 12:32pm PDT

I'm glad I didn't have to say this. Uncensored swearing alone makes it better. NT by Fussbett 06/17/2009, 12:32pm PDT
Great show, but why do they always have to film Gordon changing his shirt? NT by Jerry Whorebach 06/17/2009, 1:24pm PDT
It's in his contract, I'd wager. NT by Horrible Gelatinous Blob 06/17/2009, 6:18pm PDT
