There were a couple decent houses, but they went off the market. by Creexuls, a monster >:3 08/05/2009, 3:35pm PDT Also there was like a $20,000 house around here, but I didn't like it because it was all small, and there was no utility room, the washer and dryer just went in the kitchen. Like a week later after someone bought it I was all mad at not just saying we'll take it, because the rest of the house was decent. So, we're still looking for a house, 2 bedrooms, no basement. Moom has us set up with a real estate guy, Jso and I went through a program that will pay for the down payment, so we have to find one that is like cheap but won't need a bunch of work. Also ideally we'll find a nice house that is BANK OWNED because there are so many gay ass short sales and fuckin uh uh private owned homes that are pains in the ass(es) to even put a bid on. I already have seasons 1, 2 and 3 of Housu chan from the last Black Friday. :3
